In association with Orthopedic & Spine Surgery Associates, the staff of Royal Physical Therapy works closely with the treating physician and each individual patient in developing a comprehensive, specific and effective treatment plan.

We understand each patient has his or her own physical and functional goals and expectations regarding therapy. As a result, you can expect a one-on-one evaluation in order to assess and develop a specific protocol to help you achieve your optimal potential. Whether your goal is to return to sports, improve strength and motion, or decrease pain, our hands-on philosophy along with a comprehensive and individualized home exercise program will help you achieve your goals.

With locations in Algonquin, Barrington, Elgin and Geneva, you are sure to find a therapist who is eager and motivated to help you succeed. We offer hours between 6:30 am and 6 pm so you can receive quality care before and after school and work. We will gladly modify our schedule if necessary.

We work with all types of patients and problems including post surgical and non-surgical issues. We treat back and neck pain as well as shoulder, hip, knee and ankle problems. You physical therapist is licensed by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy and has the knowledge base and manual skills to improve the quality of life for people of all ages.
